What locations do you ship to?
We currently ship to all U.S. states.
U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $5.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment location within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–10 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may arrive sooner. Please allow additional time during busy seasons, as postal delays are outside our control. Factors such as distance, customs processing, weather, or natural disasters may also affect delivery times.
We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, or other major carriers. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships. If your package does not arrive, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact info@anubisapparel.store if you need assistance.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to postal service issues or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Every order is shipped with tracking. If your order is lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us at info@anubisapparel.store. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.
