What locations do you ship to?

We currently ship to all U.S. states.

U.S. orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $5.

Previously, we offered free shipping on all U.S. orders. This adjustment helps us continue delivering the quality, care, and service you expect from Anubis Athletica. As always, we truly appreciate your support.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible from our domestic warehouses, based on the fastest shipping method available to your location. Orders typically require 1–3 business days for handling and processing.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–10 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may arrive sooner. Please allow additional time during busy seasons, as postal delays are outside our control. Factors such as distance, customs processing, weather, or natural disasters may also affect delivery times.

Tracking information, including the carrier, will be provided with every order. If your package does not arrive, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact info@anubisapparel.store if you need assistance.

 Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Yes. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to postal service issues or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Every order is shipped with tracking. If your order is lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier. However, if your shipment is confirmed lost or otherwise eligible, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our refund and return policy.

Extended Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the timeframes listed above. If this happens, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist with any part of the situation within our control.
